My first time baking macarons was in 2014 for my son's 1st birthday. I loved that this dessert is so diverse in flavor- there are traditional flavors like vanilla or pistachio...
Then there are fun, unique flavor combinations like watermelon wine or salted caramel popcorn. My favorite part was inventing the flavors!
My children loved giving me ideas about what flavor they'd like me to try next. A huge part of opening my macaron business was because their flavor combos were widely interesting and I wanted to play with the idea, create it, and share it.
My love for macarons grew into something bigger than just creating batches for my family. I wanted to share the unique flavors I've tested with the world.
